If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Pynk Rose Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
